All Returns must be in their Original Packaging with No Damaged or Missing Parts, in Resalable Condition, and Returned within 10 Business Days of Purchase. All Returns Subject to Prior Approval By Pyramid Home Improvement And Renovation Inc. And Subject to Shipping & Handling Charges. Flooring Items Are FINAL SALE ONLY. No Cancellation of Special Order / Discontinued Items, Non-Stock Items Subject to Re-Stocking Fee. Double Check Your Order Before Installation. Claims will not be allowed for Shortages, Defects or Errors in Shipments unless made within 10 days after receipt of items. No Claims will be allowed for Labor or Damages. Material and additional necessary Parts must to be purchased Separately by Customer.
